Leadership Workshops

Level One: Foundations

A gentle introduction for teams new to leadership, this level gives people the clarity, confidence, and common language they need to begin thinking about leadership in an approachable way. It’s supportive, low pressure, and builds early awareness without expecting vulnerability or expertise. These can be taken as a set or individually.

Level two: Awareness and emotional capacity

This level builds the inner capacity leaders need to show up with intention. It is reflective, grounding, and practical. Leaders deepen their values awareness, notice emotional cues, and work with their patterns. Shame resilience is introduced in a simple way to reduce self-judgment and support staying present in difficult moments. Each workshop can stand alone or be taken together. Most teams take both, but it is not required.

level three: Applying Values to decisions

This level helps leaders turn inner awareness into clear, grounded decision-making. It is practical and steady, with a focus on using values to work through tension and uncertainty. Leaders learn to separate reaction from intention, understand trade-offs in real decisions, and communicate their choices with more clarity. This workshop can stand alone or build on earlier work.
