Mary founded The Compassionate Disruptors to help leaders evolve. They bring more than two decades of leadership experience and training to their work, as well as a compassionate and results-focused approach. Mary creates spaces and learning opportunities that enable psychologically safe reflection about beliefs and behaviours to bring about meaningful change.
