A gentle and approachable introduction to leadership

Why this workshop exists


Many people step into leadership roles without ever being taught what leadership actually is, let alone how to do it. They may feel anxious, skeptical about leadership training, or unsure how their role connects to leadership at all.
This workshop creates a steady and low-pressure space where people can explore leadership in a way that feels clear and human. There is no expectation of vulnerability or expertise. The focus is on simple concepts and early confidence.

Leadership Foundations helps people understand leadership as a human practice, not a title or personality type. Participants explore where leadership shows up in their daily work, how their presence and behaviour shape the people around them, and how small actions influence team culture. The goal is to give people a shared language and a sense of themselves as capable leaders, even if they have never thought of themselves that way before.


What this workshop covers


Participants learn:

  • The basic difference between leadership and management
  • How leadership shows up in everyday interactions
  • How small behaviours shape how others experience them
  • How values guide simple choices in daily work
  • How to notice leadership moments in real time

Everything is practical and accessible. The focus is on clarity, early awareness, and building confidence.

How we work in the session


The session is interactive but low pressure. People choose how much they participate. A typical flow includes:

  • A short values exercise
  • One simple action to carry into daily work

The tone is calm and grounded. There are no role plays, no icebreakers, and no expectation of vulnerability.

Investment


  • Online: $1,500 per session, up to 10 people
  • In person: $2,000 per session, up to 10 people, plus travel
  • Three-session series: $4,000 online or $5,000 in person
