How this session fits
Level Two includes two workshops that build inner awareness and steadiness. Each session works on its own, and most teams take both. Session 1 introduces values and emotional cues. Session 2 builds on that awareness by helping leaders understand their patterns under stress.
Why this workshop exists
Leaders often react or make decisions without realizing that their values are guiding them. When their behaviour does not match what matters to them, they may feel unsettled or self-critical without knowing why.
This session helps leaders understand what matters most and how their values show up in daily interactions. The work is grounding and reflective, and it stays accessible for people who are new to emotional learning.
