series overview: A five level pathway

The levels can be combined into a full development series for teams who want steady, human-centered leadership growth with practical tools.

This pathway supports leaders at every stage of development, from early awareness to culture and strategy. Each level can stand alone, and together they form a clear and practical learning journey. The work is grounded in values, emotional awareness, and real behaviour change.

Teams can take a single workshop, select the levels that fit their needs, or move through the full series over time.


How the Series Works


Designed for flexibility

Organizations can begin at the level that makes the most sense for their team. Many start with Foundations, while others begin with Awareness and Emotional Capacity or Applying Values to Decisions.

Each level builds naturally on the last, while every workshop is strong enough to stand on its own.


Human-centered learning

Every session is grounded in values, emotional awareness, and practical tools. The work is steady, supportive, and accessible. There is no jargon, no scripts, and no expectation of vulnerability before people are ready.


Simple structure

The pathway moves from personal awareness to interpersonal skill and then to systems-level influence:

Timing and pacing

Teams can take levels:

  • as a one-time workshop
  • monthly
  • quarterly
  • as a tailored program across a season or year

The pacing is flexible and responsive to what the team needs.


Support and integration

Each session includes a pre-session reflection or activity, and supports to carry with you afterward. For groups taking multiple sessions, between-session touch points provide implementation support and continuity.


Who the Series Is For

This pathway is a good fit for organizations that want:

  • combine two or three levels
  • move through all five as a structured learning journey
  • build a custom sequence based on current challenges
  • run Levels 1–3 with all staff and Levels 4–5 with managers or senior leaders
  • online in Zoom, in person or a combination of both
