Session 1 – Leading from Your Values
Identify the values that guide your leadership and explore how your experiences shape the way you lead. Learn how to recognize misalignment in yourself and others, and how to reconnect with your core values to take effective and ethical action.
Session 2 – Making Decisions With Values Apply your values to real workplace situations. Work through complex leadership challenges individually and in collaboration with others to practice making values-aligned decisions. Learn how to stay true to your values within the realities of your organization. Leave with a personalized action plan you can put into practice right away.
